Empuriabrava Online is designed and maintained by Mike Cartmel and is aimed at providing information about the town of Empuriabrava in Spain.
Mike was a lecturer in Information Technology at the University of Wales, Lampeter before moving to Empuriabrava in 2004 where he has established his own website design business. He lives in the town with his wife Eva and son Matthew who was born in August 2006.
