England Euro 2008 Qualifier in Barcelona

January 25th, 2007 · 4 Comments

UEFA have accepted an application from the Andorran FA to change the Andorra v England qualifier from Andorra (ground capacity 1800) to Espanyol’s Olympic Stadium in Barcelona.

This obviously means that more tickets will be available for the game and alleviate any problems such as the security hassle experience when England last played in Liechtenstein.

I’ve never lived so close to an England fixture!

Has anyone other than me thought about organising a coach trip to see this game?

How many people would be interested, I wonder?

    Comments, please.

    What about tickets?

I was talking to someone today who thought that a group of them might go down; perhaps they’d be interested in a coach? I’ll ask.

Price of tickets €50 or €150 - a bit too expensive for my taste!!!

Too expensive for mine as well. I’ll settle for the telly - probably see more of the game anyway.
