The post title says it all.
As from yesterday the water restrictions that have been in force for the Empuriabrava and surrounding region have now been lifted.
CORRECTION:
The restrictions are still in place for the Empuriabrava area but have been lifted in most other places.

How will this play out with residents like the repercussions? I was reading an article that stated restrictions like no car wash after a time, no bird baths, no lawn watering and I bumped into a solution for car wash. Has anyone ever head of a waterless car wash?

The water restrictions are now lifted. They were lifted on or around Jan 22 2009; back in the days when I forgot to post anything. Sorry.
